This site is published by Mekong Digital Cambodia, an information technology company based in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Anything concerning the site itself can be sent to the address above.

Hosting

The site is hosted in France by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, in its Gravelines data centre. The pages are static files: no database and no form are involved in serving them.

Terms of use

The pages describe our activities for information. They are indicative, are not an undertaking of any kind, and may change without notice.
Texts, photographs, drawings and code published here belong to Mekong Digital Cambodia or to their respective owners. Reproducing them outside a private use requires our written permission.
Client names are mentioned as references for work carried out. They imply no endorsement by those organisations.
Automated harvesting of the content, and any use of the contact details published here to send unsolicited messages, are not allowed.
Links to other sites are given as a convenience. Their content is their own responsibility, not ours.

Personal data

Audience measurement on this site runs through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and only once you have accepted it. As long as you have not answered, and if you refuse, no measurement tag is loaded at all: nothing is requested from Google and none of their cookies is set. Nothing else comes from a third party — the typefaces are served from this domain, and no social or advertising script is used.

If you write to us by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, we keep your message and your contact details for as long as it takes to answer, and for the duration of the work if work follows. They are never passed on and never used for marketing. You may ask to see, correct or erase them at any time, by writing to the address above.

Cookies and local storage

Three items are kept on your device so that the site behaves the way you asked. None of them needs consent, because each one only remembers a choice you made yourself:

Language: md_lang — the language chosen in the selector. Cookie, one year.
Appearance: md-theme — light or dark appearance. Local storage, until you clear it.
Measurement: md-consent — your answer about audience measurement. Local storage, until you clear it.

If you accept the measurement, Google Analytics adds its own cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier. They hold a random number, not your name, keep for up to two years, and let us count visits and see which pages are read. That data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside the European Union. We never cross it with your contact details, and we never use it for advertising: advertising storage stays refused even when you accept the measurement.

You can change your mind at any time, in one click. The measurement stops immediately and the cookies above are removed:

You can also clear everything in your browser settings. The site will simply forget your language and your appearance, and ask you about measurement again.

Applicable law

This site is published from the Kingdom of Cambodia and is governed by Cambodian law. Visitors in the European Union keep the rights granted to them by the General Data Protection Regulation, which the paragraph above describes how to exercise.
